Returns Policy

You may initiate a return of new, unused items, within 30 days from your order date, for a full refund, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect item, etc.).

 

Once you've initiated your return request it must be authorized by our Returns Dept before you mail it back in. You will receive notification of authorization via a email sent from us.  This ensures a smooth transition of us receiving the return and you receiving your refund. Once approved, you must mail the item to us within 10 days. Items not received within 10 days may be denied a return.
